  • *If you use the expedited shipping service, your order will be shipped the same day at the earliest.
  • *In-store pickup is not eligible for the expedited shipping service.
Returns/Exchanges
Return deadline:
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please apply within 8 days after receiving the product, and we will only accept the request if the return is received within 8 days of the application. Please contact us using the method specified by our company.

  • ・In case of partial return of products purchased in a set sale.
  • ・If you use the item instead of trying it on for size, or if you send it for washing or cleaning
  • ・If the condition of the returned product is significantly different from before shipping.
  • ・If there are no accessories such as product tags or delivery details (purchase statements)
About cancellation
Cancellations can only be accepted from My Page if the delivery status in your online store order history is "Order Completed".
If the delivery status is "Preparing to ship" or "Shipping completed", we cannot accept cancellations.
  • *Before completing your order, please be sure to check your order details (product number, size, quantity, payment method, delivery address, contact information, etc.).
  • *We cannot accept cancellations (rejection of receipt) if the delivery status is other than "order completed" or after the product has been shipped.
  • *Even if the order status is "Order Completed" at the time of confirmation, we may not be able to respond depending on the date and time of the change, the order details, etc.
  • *We cannot reissue used coupons.
About receipts
For credit card payments:
We will use the statement issued by your credit card company in place of your receipt.

For PayPay:
We are unable to issue a receipt.
In case of deferred payment:
The usage details reflected on the customer screen [MyPaidy] that is automatically registered at the time of payment will be used as a receipt.
For cash on delivery payment:
We will use the cash on delivery receipt issued by Yamato Financial Co., Ltd. that comes with the invoice in place of the receipt.
(This is an official receipt according to accounting laws and regulations recognized by the tax office.)
For GMO Pay Later:
The "Payment Slip/Receipt" included in the payment slip sent to you by GMO Payment Services, Inc. will serve as your receipt.
