Paidy is a deferred payment service that allows you to make a single payment the following month, no matter how many times you shop in a month.
・No prior registration or credit card is required.
・You can start shopping now with just your email address and mobile phone number.
*You will need a device capable of receiving SMS to enter the SMS authentication code.
-Payment can be made by convenience store, bank transfer or direct debit (by the 27th of the following month).
How to use
Payment method
The following payment methods are available:
・Convenience store (payment deadline: 10th of the following month / payment fee: maximum 390 yen *tax included)
・Account transfer (withdrawal: 12th of the following month / payment fee: 0 yen)
・Bank transfer (payment deadline: 10th of the following month / payment fee: varies depending on financial institution)
Your bill will be settled at the end of each month and your usage fee will be finalized on the 1st of the following month.
You will receive an email and SMS from Paydy informing you of the invoice amount between the 1st and 3rd of the month following your order.
You can also check your usage status at any time from myPaidy (an account that is automatically created when you use Paidy for the first time).
If you see the message "Payment could not be processed due to technical reasons"
This message is displayed if the payment is rejected during credit check or if a system error occurs.
The following are possible causes for this display:
- The total purchase amount for the month exceeds the limit set by Payday.
- The Paidy screen is already open in a separate window
As this is an error caused by Paydy's system, please take the following steps:
Try a different payment method
・Contact Paidy customer support

*If you have blocked SMS, your device will not receive the SMS even if the service sends you a verification code.
*If you delete an email or SMS from Paidy, we will not be able to reissue it, so please contact Paidy customer support.
