In order to lead the world in building a low-carbon society, it is important that Japan proactively chooses energy-saving, low-carbon "products," "services," and "actions" that it can boast about on a global scale.
In order to encourage everyone to come together and make choices that contribute to preventing global warming, a unified logo mark has been established and a national campaign calling on the general public was launched in July 2015 in collaboration with the government, industry, labor, local governments, NPOs, and others.
