This is a service that allows you to reserve items you find interesting at the Aoyama clothing online store at a store of your choice.

- We will apply the most advantageous price to you between the in-store sales price or the online price at the time of reservation request.
- Complete your purchase at the store
- You can check the product carefully before purchasing.
There is no need to pay online in advance, you can pay at the store.

Please note that if you request to reserve at a store that does not have some items in stock, only the items that are in stock will be reserved.
For items that are out of stock, we ask that you choose another store that has them in stock or pick them up at the store.
