User Guide

Using AOYAMA Points at the Online Store

- AOYAMA Points can be used in units of 1 point, with 1 point = 1 yen.
・Please note that when you use points, they will be applied to the price before the member discount.
- During the purchase process, on the "Enter your order details" page, under "Use AOYAMA Points," enter the number of points you would like to use.
・Corrected processing fees and product shipping charges are not eligible for point accrual, point refunds, or discounts.

Check available points

You can check the number of points currently available on "My Page".
Also, once you log in, your current number of points will be displayed in the cart display box at the top of the screen.

Using AOYAMA Points at Stores

・Points can be used for shopping at Aoyama Clothing stores nationwide, with 1 point = 1 yen.
・If you are an "AOYAMA Card" member and you use points or various discount coupons, the total amount after using the points and discount coupons will be deducted from the total amount.
Card discounts will be applied.
・Points will expire at the end of March in the third year following the year they were acquired.
・The AOYAMA Academy Card will be valid until March 31st of the graduation year.
- Points cannot be used for correction processing fees or product shipping fees.

Points redemption

・Points will be awarded based on the purchase price (after any discounts are applied) including tax.
- Correction processing fees and product shipping fees are not eligible for point redemption.

If you don't have your AOYAMA membership card

If you have an AOYAMA Group Card (credit card) or AOYAMA CLUB Card (point card) and register as a web member without entering your membership number, it will be treated as a new registration.
If you have multiple membership numbers, you can combine them at the store.
