#Get dressed for job hunting

面接に「自由な服装できてください」という企業が増えてきた。でもそれは本当に「自由」だろうか。「スーツの方が無難じゃないか」「カジュアルすぎてもダメなんですよね」学生からは戸惑いの声もあがります。「服装自由」が「不自由」を生んでいる。だからもっと話す必要があると考えます。学生と企業がお互い顔が見える対話ができるようにする、それがシン・シゴト服ラボの役割です。企業のみなさま、よりよい就職活動に『きがえる』ため、ぜひご参加ください。

服装は個性をアピールできるポイントでもあると考えられるが、「服装自由」と記載された状態では自分だけ浮いてしまうこと避けたいためスーツを選んでしまう（元就活生/18-22年卒）「スーツ着用」のように服装を指定してある方が、就活時の不安要素を少しでも減らすことができると感じる（元就活生/18-22年卒）
