■McKay manufacturing method
The upper, insole, and outsole are sewn together at the same time, giving the shoe a nimble and flexible feel.
■Outsole: Vibram semi-stacked sole
The sole is made by bonding Vibram rubber to a leather sole. While maintaining the breathability that is characteristic of leather soles, the rubber is bonded to make it less slippery in consideration of the Japanese climate. The appearance is comparable to leather soles, and the finish is very luxurious.
■Wood shape/width: 3E
We use a wooden shoe last developed in Japan, with a narrower heel and other features developed based on the shape of Japanese feet.
